Zoning change in North Aylmer

 

The current zoning in place in and around the Vieux-Moulins Golf Club in Aylmer is set to change. On March 14, Gatineau city council reviewed a zoning change request looking to split the large deferred zone into two residential zones, one community zone and one commercial zone.

The affected land is owned by different real-estate development companies, which include Ottawa-based Regional Group. The lots are located within the urban perimeter and various types of development will be permitted with a zoning modification.

The current deferred zone runs along the south end of Antoine-Boucher Road, west of Klock Road.
