Organized by Lutte 07
Wrestling returns to Aydelu Centre in April
Wrestling fans will be delighted as more fights will be held at the Aydelu Recreation Centre (94 rue du Patrimoine) in April.
Lutte 07, an independent league of professional wrestlers, organized its first wrestling evening in the Outaouais in Aylmer on October 11, 2018.
On April 12, an evening that will be full of surprises, Lutte 07 will unveil its first champion. The show will start at 7:30 pm (doors will open at 6:30 pm). General admission is $20 and the cost of a ticket for children 12 years of age and under is $10. Admission cards will be sold at the entrance that evening.
Some of the wrestlers who were present at the Aydelu Centre in the past will be back in action. This is the ideal opportunity for amateurs to see their favourite wrestlers again. In April, some of the athletes will be in their first game in Aylmer.
The level of competition is quite high and it will be entertaining and fun! Local people will be given the best of the best in professional wrestling. Participating wrestlers often travel across the country to participate in different competitions.
Because of the growing popularity of the event, starting in the spring, monthly wrestling evenings will be held on a Friday evening. In October, November and January, the devilish “fights” took place on Thursday evenings.
Steven Boivin is the man behind Lutte 07. He is also co-founder of Transistor Media, a digital radio festival that takes place every spring in Gatineau.
