Winter tires, but not for everyone? 

Every vehicle on Québec roads is forced to have winter tires for safety reasons.

I am appalled at the fact that the STO is exempt from being forced to have winter tires on its vehicles. They are asking citizens to stop using their cars - which have safety belts and winter tires. They want everyone to embark on buses that have no safety belts, no winter tires and put everyone’s life in the hands of their drivers. Are their drivers exempt when they are not driving a bus? No they are not. So why is the STO exempt and allowed to leverage people’s lives?
