Volunteers needed to complete income tax returns

 

The Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec need volunteers for the Volunteer Program. This helps individuals with modest incomes file income tax returns and get their benefits and credits. Volunteers receive online training in completing simple tax returns.

Last year, 3,000 volunteers from 535 community organizations helped 160,000 individuals throughout Québec. For information on how to become a volunteer, go to www.revenuquebec.ca/volunteer.
