Venezuela and Canada? 

Would you ask our MP to please explain to your readers (he sure won’t explain anything to me!) why Canada is lined up behind Trump and fascist Brazil in threatening Venezuela?  Is this where the Liberal Party is taking Lester Pearson’s values? 

Why is Mr Trudeau even comfortable standing next to Trump and Brazil?  He stands with them in the case of Honduras, supporting a president who pulled a coup on an elected president. He supports the neo-fascists running the Ukraine, ruling in Egypt ... in fact here we, Canada, are shaking our fist at Venezuela for an “affront to democracy”, but our last Prime Minister ruled for 9 years, although he was not voted for by over sixty-six percent of Canadians.  Mr Trudeau himself was not voted for by a majority of the electorate, and Trump did not win the popular vote in his country -- but these are all model democracies?  

Mr Trudeau is making me embarrassed to be Canadian.
