Vanier Road project nears completion

Construction of phase 52-53 of the Plateau de la Capitale project is well underway near Vanier Road, in the du Plateau ward.  Construction workers are completing water and sewage installations, with  asphalting “in the near future”.

Plateau de la Capitale representatives state that this project will become a community of approximately 780 residences, condos, semi-detached and single-family units.  The buildings are limited to a  maximum of three storeys, according to city officials.
