Vanier Road : A compliment and a question

 

While I love the new additions to Vanier and am looking forward to the completions, I wonder if the city has plans to empty any of the new garbage bins they installed, including the blue plastic garbage barrels along the bike path.

 

Although it is a testament to the responsible dog-owners who pick up the droppings, they are overflowing.
