LETTER
Two birds, one stone
Instead of building the light-rail system at the cost of $80 million a kilometre, why doesn’t the city spend the money pulling the Chalk River nuclear reactor (waste) by boxcar and shipping it by rail up to any empty barren lands of the Northwest Territory?
I’d much rather live with traffic jams than be a corpse with fast public transport.
