Trump editorial

 

Good call in your editorial on Trump – that we are being fooled by Trump’s antics, with his mouth or on Twitter.  He has managed to distract all the media down there, and the whole world, truly, while his party moves ahead with a retrograde and corporate agenda to roll back most progressive legislation from the last fifty years.  Trump is the final answer to the rebels of the 1960s!  We are so fascinated with his magic tricks, we fail to see we are the ones being tricked!

We look at Trump’s theatrical performance and feel so superior – I guess because our leader is a feminist, has better hair and charms the ladies, not grabbing them --- that makes us wiser and reasonable. Meanwhile, Trump’s party has gone ahead with jacking up military costs, cutting education and family planning, cutting social payments and trying to carve what they call health-care into little bits.

Excellent editorial. Put it in again, and send it to all the media!
