Too many restaurants?

LETTER

After reading the article by Laurent Robillard-Cardinal, I agree we do have many restaurants in Aylmer, but when are we going to have a proper Steak House, with a prime-rib roast or ladies’ cut 6oz steak without (first) frozen vegetables and (second) at a reasonable price? Any suggestions?
