The trip to Washington
It was marvelous, the visit to Washington and all the excitement it brought. I watched the parades, the speeches, and all. Do not get me wrong, I was proud of Canada and our recent achievements on the international podium, but, somehow, if I could, I would advise slowing down on the rhetoric of 'anything is possible, look at me!' I would rather hear PM Trudeau say 'look at us!'
That would really impress me!
At one on the highest peaks in our country, Mr Trudeau should understand that though there is only one place on the top, all the people around him are important in their collective effort to govern our democratic society, as well as the collective effort of us, citizens.
There is still a lot to do!
