The Marina Pavilion will be demolished this fall

In a public notice on August 15, the City announced three requests for demolition in Aylmer. Possible demolitions would be at 1 Rue Principale, 170 Edgewood Street and 1711 Pink Road. The request for 1 Rue Principale is linked to the construction project of a new pavilion at the Parc des Cèdres. The other two requests concern residential projects.

The committee responsible for demolition requests with meet at the Maison du Citoyen on August 27, at 4:30 pm, to rule on those requests. Citizens can contest the decisions before the municipal council within the 30 days following the decision. The notice specifies that a $115 fee, paid in full, is charged when filing an appeal.
