The eyesore at the busiest intersection

 

It’s been almost 2 years since this “prefab” has been put on blocks near the busiest intersection of Aylmer, Wilfrid Lavigne and Principale.

I pass by everyday and I have never seen any movement in or near that  “eyesore” since it has been put there. The insulation fabric has been shredding and it now looks like the prefab itself is starting to deteriorate. I’ve asked around but nobody seems to know why it is there.

Can anyone enlighten me on what it is there for?
