 The convoy as Harper's legacy?

 

There is an excellent article we all should read in the National Observer (February 17 - online) about how Harper's moves have created conditions that now fuel this far-right anger we saw in the occupation/protests. Removing the per vote subsidy hurt the small parties very much, as the measure was intended to do. The NDP should make it a demand to re-instate the voting-encouragement subsidy as a condition of support of minority government.
