The Aylmer Bulldogs Gris are the U9A Regional Baseball Champions

 

The U9A regional baseball tournament ended on Sunday, August 21st, with an emotional final.  The players of the Bulldogs Gris team gave their all to defeat the Draveurs of Gatineau by a final score of 12-11 in the extra inning.  They even managed the difficult feat to win all their games in the tournament.  The only thing that was lost were the parents and coaches’ voices from all the cheering.
Beautiful friendships have been formed this summer, not only among the children but with the parents and the coaches.  What a beautiful baseball family we have!
To our players, thank you for giving your parents and coaches memories that will last a lifetime.  We are so proud of you!
But this beautiful story is not over yet.  The Bulldogs Gris will travel to Louiseville to compete in the provincial championship from September 22nd to the 25th.  Wish us luck as we will be representing Aylmer and the Outaouais region.  Go Bulldogs!
