I listened to a show on CBC this week that said 170 people have died this year alone – taking selfies!  Falling off cliffs, buildings, tall structures, or getting hit by buses, trucks, trains and other traffic.  The solution proposed was to create an app that tells people they are in danger.  My solution is this: let the very act of taking selfies weed out the idiots!  Ten years from now, the selfie-takers will be all gone.

Selfie-takers are so embarrassing (for a fellow human being). What will be next, a machine to pat yourself on the back every ten minutes?  There must be an app somewhere to tell us we’re all wonderful!
