Summer watering rules?

 

I note that the French and English versions of your report on the city’s summer watering rules are different. In French we cannot water on Mondays, but the English report does not mention the Monday prohibition.  Which is true?

I looked to see if there was an official notice from the city, but I could not find it. Was there a notice in an earlier edition?  A flyer?  Should the City administration not be making this important information plain to everyone?  Do they want us to save water or not?
