Successful plant sale for the Aylmer Heritage Association
The Aylmer Heritage Association’s annual plant sale has been the busiest to date,” says President Micheline Lemieux. For the opening at 9 am, there were already 65 people in line to have the first choice of perennials! Some people were looking forward to this day, like Lee Rose. “I got up early to be among the first to get some magnificent new plants for the garden,” she commented on the Aylmer Heritage Association’s Facebook page. Hundreds of perennials have been donated to this foundation. All the money raised is used for this association. (Trans.: BA)
