STO’s awful customer service!
For the second straight Monday, I had to wait an eternity for a bus on Lake Street near Ellesmere. This morning, December 12, five buses that were scheduled didn't even show up. We all waited at least one hour. Is this the bus improvement we all waited for in Aylmer? What a joke!
STO was called and the person who answered told the caller that they'd send a bus but he had no idea what time it would get there -- and this guy was aware that we'd been standing there waiting forever.
What the hell are we paying for! If this is their idea of customer service, well, these guys should be fired, period. We, the bus riders, are paying for a service and we’re not getting our money’s worth, not even close. Yes, there was snow, but this is Canada and this is just the start of what could be a very long winter.
I think the management of STO should actually use their services, and see what they think – as if this will ever happen. I've called and asked what sort of compensation I can expect.
Stay tuned . . . this is going to be a long winter.
