“Square Old Chelsea” brings a new mix of improvements
Chelsea businesswoman and promoter Manuela Teixeira was over the moon recently as Quebec announced, through Gatineau MNA Robert Bussière and Mathieu Lacombe, Minister Responsible for the Outaouais, grants of $574,200 for her long-planned “Square Old Chelsea Project”. The funds are earmarked for residential, cultural and recreational tourism improvements, and an artisanal brewery in the popular 7,000-population town.
$150,000 from the grant is available in partnership with Tourisme Outaouais.
