Thank you for the front page exclusive report on the SPCA Western Quebec. News of its new location, so soon after the horrible fire of July 2, is heart-warming for the numerous Aylmer residents/volunteers/extended community  who care so deeply for this no-kill shelter.

The discreet administration is to be commended for their swift rebound.
