Simone Marengere Whitlock 90th birthday celebration

 

Simone Marengere Whitlock celebrated her 90th birthday, June 12th.  Many of her friends and family attended the celebration at the Knights of Columbus.  Simone has lived in the same house in Aylmer for over 65 years.  She is the mother of eight children, grandmother to more than 20 grandchildren and has three great-grandchildren.  Some readers may remember her working at the Zellers jewellery counter, where she worked for 15 years.

 

Ms Whitlock keeps busy now singing in the Chateau Symmes choir, gardening and attending a craft club where she crochets.
