Secularism is atheism 

Atheism is a religion. A religion is a set of beliefs about God, so believing God does not exist is a religion,  and civil rights will remain in the Stone Age until we accept that Atheism is a religion.

Banning religious symbols is not secular; it is serving one specific religion, Atheism. Secularism is not pandering to one religion.  Secularism is allowing anyone to wear anything so long as it does not interfere with one’s work.

The CAQ’s new law is nothing but the imposition of a state-peddled religion by stealth at the taxpayers’ expense in compliance with Marxist dogma.
