School and commercial area planned in North Aylmer

 

Bena’s Village Ferme Ferris will feature a school and a commercial area. Thanks to a recent zoning change, not far from the Antoine-Boucher Klock Roads intersection, the Commission Scolaire Portage de l'Outaouais (CSPO) will be able to build an elementary school for the growing neighbourhood. A little commercial area, within walking distance of most homes, is also planned for the North Aylmer neighbourhood. The commercial area will have a dépanneur and an eatery.
