I just read Ben’s article concerning a “Unilingual” Parc des Cèdres meeting.

 I wonder if I would get a bilingual meeting in Ottawa? You ever wondered which province is the most bilingual? Think a bit. Francophones bend so much backwards for Anglophones in Aylmer. I would love to say the same for our supposedly bilingual Nation’s Capital across the river (let alone the rest of Canada)

 

High time to learn French Ben, especially if you live here in Quebec. I would sure try to learn Chinese if I lived in China.

 And do you really think changing mayors will change things?
