Religious garb in a secular society?

 

In his editorial of 12 January, "Religious garb in a secular society?",  Fred Ryan presents a clear explanation of the purpose of Law 21 of Québec which was recently used to remove a Chelsea teacher from her job.
    The editorial has educational value.  It can be used by teachers at all levels.  Law 21 can serve as a model for other jurisdictions.
