RAWQ’S new board game, a great way to Discover the Outaouais during the holidays

 

The new board game, “Discover the Outaouais”, is a great gift idea to offer this holiday season. Developed by the Regional Association of West Quebecers (RAWQ), the bilingual history trivia board game would make for a perfect gift, especially for someone who recently settled in West Quebec, for example.

With an abundance of history questions about the region, the board game is great fun for the whole family and is a great way to learn about Outaouais’ fascinating regional history. Last year, a student hired by RAWQ visited the various West Quebec municipalities to conduct research for the board game. After flipping through many pages, the student composed questions for the board game, while an art and graphic designer designed the game. A proofreader and translator, along with a production manager, helped in turning this idea into a reality.
