Propane replacement needed
As for the departure of Canadian Tire from Aylmer, I would offer for the consideration of any business that would like to show itself as an entrepreneur, especially a well-placed gas station, that we need a propane tank filling station.
With the absence of CT all we have left in Aylmer is a “propane exchange” program. This is expensive when you consider that filling a standard propane BBQ tank is worth $21 and some pocket change at a filling station as opposed to the $30 or so that the “propane exchange” program charges you. This might be a good business venture.
I like many of you feel that our large local corporate neighbours have abandoned us and we require some type of fair replacement for this. The question is who and what replacement services can be offered?
