Petition to manage traffic on Aylmer Road and Boulevard Lucerne

Residents of the Aylmer area recently launched a petition for public decision-makers to take action on congestion on Aylmer Road and Boulevard Lucerne during rush hour. One of the suggestions involves changing the three-passenger lanes to allow a vehicle with two people. People using the two roads to get to work in downtown Hull and Ottawa experience heavy traffic jams every day, morning and evening. The petition, entitled Aylmer Road and Lucerne Traffic aims to obtain 1,000 signatures. The link to the citizen petition is available on the Facebook page of the Aylmer’s Events and Ventures group.
