Ottawa’s heating/cooling plant 

As the NDP Public Works and Procurement Critic, Daniel Blaikie (Elmwood-Transcona), I joined the National President of PSAC, Chris Aylward, and called on the federal government to release data on the National Capital region’s heating and cooling plant,  June 20. This data is needed to properly scrutinize the Energy Services Acquisition Program and avoid a scandal. The government must respect an all-party committee’s recommendation on avoiding a billion-dollar boondoggle.
