Open letter to the finance minister

 

I believe you want to create tax fairness. I believe that your reform measures are aimed at a small group of people who feel entitled to tax loop-holes. The majority of working people will not be affected (farmers, and small business owners like I was) because we didn't make enough money to "sprinkle" on family members. Any extra money went into RRSP's and now TFSA's. The doctors who are complaining are sending a clear message to their patients: I'm in it for the money, not for your wellbeing! Please don't back down.
