Open letter to Public Works

 

I’ve been driving day in, day out for the past 45 years. I have never lost a hubcap while driving in all those years. Yet I lost two hubcaps due to potholes on Boul. des Allumettières,  and one on du Plateau in a single weekend.

Are potholes getting worse as years go by or  is it just my imagination?  Way to go, Gatineau!!
