On the Lucy-Faris Library plans 

About the library in Aylmer: I really think Aylmer needs a better place that is for the general public to explore their interests, especially young people. They need wifi and other tools, but they are currently crowding cafés without the real money to be buying enough smoothies or sandwiches to warrant the time they spend out and about. 

Why do people need to be spending money in commercial enterprises in order to stay out among society? 

Aylmer deserves a nice library,
