No respect for crosswalks  

 

Somebody is going to get killed if nothing is done to prevent cars from just speeding on by crosswalks! I regularly cross at the crosswalk on Rue Principale, and the cars just speed by like they don’t see me! I don’t want to jaywalk because it is dangerous for traffic, and myself. 

 

Drivers need to open their eyes and go back to drivers ed because pedestrians have the priority and on Rue Principale there are signs in the middle of the road to remind drivers that they need to stop if they see a pedestrian at a crosswalk. 

 

If drivers can’t understand how dangerous it is for not only them, but us, then we either need to put more traffic lights with a crosswalk or the police need to start ticketing offenders.
