No English instructions for gray bins? 

The City of Gatineau’s administration is apparently not aware that Canada is a bilingual country with two languages spoken across Canada.  If they feel so strongly about not providing service to English-speaking residents, I think it has become time to seriously think about a move from the Gatineau region.

I won’t be using the gray bin.  I will be placing my garbage at the street for pick up like I have been doing for years. 

The City really has no sense of doing what is right. Please publish my response.
