Gatineau welcomes a new restaurant, Spritz, in the urban village Agora in the Plateau. Two entrepreneurs and long-time friends, Jason Harding and Nicolas Tremblay worked on the concept for months hoping to bring the flavours that they discovered on their trips to Miami, California, and Europe, to the Outaouais. The restaurant officially opened on November 25th. “We are extremely happy to see our dream come true with a team as strong as the one around us. We can't wait for the Outaouais to taste this unique experience that will delight their five senses,” said Jason Harding.
Internationally renowned and Top Chef Canada 2014 participant René Rodriguez created the menu that changes every season and features classic Italian dishes with modern twists. There is also an extensive wine menu and desserts created by pastry chef Elina Olefirenko.
Spritz has a large dining room that can seat 150 people, wood-fired ovens, a cocktail bar, and a second-floor lounge. The new restaurant also has outdoor fireplaces and a heated terrace.
“Junic Société Immobilière has been dedicated to creating rich living environments for more than 20 years. The arrival of a large-scale restaurant project is not only an achievement that is close to my heart, but also an evolution of our services in perfect harmony with our vision of long-term growth,” shared Nicolas Tremblay.
