McConnell Road set for new residential project

Phase 4 of the residential housing project Terrasse de l’ Emerald is under preparatory works along McConnell Road. Located in Deschênes Ward, Phase 4 will be at 363 to 397 McConnell Road and from 86 to 143 Britannia Street. To date, the land has been cleared of trees between Britannia and McConnell roads. The developer, CDM Construction, is heading the project. These works are the final phase of the Terrasse de l’Emerald construction project.

This phase of building was approved by Gatineau council at the May 15 regular meeting.
