Massive Sacred Walk, Victoria Island

 

The  invitation to all from the Spiritual Algonquin Grandmothers mentioned in my letter last week has been rescheduled for  Friday,  June 17.

The date of the walk on sacred Victoria Island was moved to accommodate a large youth and elders gathering the day before, to give them more time for fundraising Aeroplan points to bring down youth walkers from Whapmagoostui, Quebec.

The elders are standing up for the legacy of the youth and they know the youth need them to take a stronger stand for the future. We have a great opportunity to learn their wisdoms and teachings of stewardship.
