Local shopping, local flavours

 

I'm all in favour of shopping locally and I think the Sunday Market is a marvellous addition in the summertime -- the fruits and vegetables, of course, but the craft people are great, also. One of my favourites is the gentleman who works in wood. Besides the usual items, he makes left-handed utensils, mixing spoons, ladles, etc. I'm the mother of one left hander and sister to three more and I've bought utensils for them all. It makes kitchen work easier and safer. Now, along the same line, is there somewhere in Aylmer I can get a key copied? I've asked at several businesses and nobody seems to know. I ended up going to a shop in the Byward Market. (I don't have a car and I travel by bus.)
