Life saved at Galeries Aylmer

Thanks to Joe Khalaf and a Galeries Aylmer client, René Cousineau and his wife can pursue their retirement project together.

This February, Mr Cousineau had a heart attack in the parking lot behind the Galeries. Fortunately, Mr Khalaf, who works for an architectural firm that collaborates with the Galeries Aylmer, was not far away. Mr Khalaf promptly called the emergency services while a passing shopper administered first aid until firefighters arrived.

According to Mr Cousineau’s wife, he had no vital signs for about two minutes. The Cousineau family is still trying to find the shopper who intervened.
