Invitation to practice rugby

 

We run a weekly drop-in indoor training clinic for rugby. The focus is skills, handling, tackling, passing; basically what players need to get ready for the spring season. The sessions are open to boys and girls aged 10 and over.

The cost is $8 per session or $100 for all sessions (ending April 30). The rugby clinic is bilingual. We focus on ways to stay fit, tips and practice for better rugby playing.

The location is La Fondry at 211 rue Montcalm and the time is Sundays from 6 pm to 7 pm.
