How to protest the garbage-can expense

 

What a waste of taxpayer  money!  The money could have been used for seniors’ low income housing, road repairs, and so on. Our existing garbage containers could have easily been used for the new program.
     
I suggest when we all receive our new shiny garbage cans we take our old ones and leave them at the front door of the Aylmer Service Centre on rue Principale.  They take computers, TVs, etc., so why not used garbage cans in good condition?
