 Housing in the convention centre?

 

I appreciate the access that the Bulletin gives us to city management, especially city council meeting. At the last meeting, I read that citizens and groups raised alarms about the lack of adequate and affordable housing in this city.  The city's homeless numbers are also growing -- so we learned from their reports to Council.
    A CAQ government will solve this by building an expensive, massive convention centre in the middle of Gatineau....?
