Harper harms Canada's reputation world wide

LETTER

I was shocked to find out that in 2013, funding for the permanent elimination of extreme poverty rose 6.1% world wide while Canada's contribution dropped a humiliating 11.4%.

This year, the world will complete a global agreement called the SDGs - the Sustainable (formerly Millenium) Development Goals. This is an election year. Please tell your MP and then your candidates that this miserly penny pinching is not only disgusting and morally offensive, it is harming our international reputation with all of the repercussions that will arise.
