Garbage problems and their solution

 

Western Québec and Eastern Ontario are agricultural regions, like most regions in Canada. Biomass is the best route to take when it comes to agricultural or organic waste in agricultural regions. It turns organic agricultural waste into natural gas which can be used to heat homes or liquified for use in motorized vehicles, and these are just the begining of how the technology can be used. I believe governments at all levels need to look at this technology if we are to advance our society and reduce our crude oil footprint on the environment. Garbage is a big issue as of late and biomass conversion would resolve a large part of it, especially when composting is to be increased.

Renewable natural gas is already being used by a local waste hauler as fuel for 400 of its collection trucks and is reducing emissions equal to taking 130,000 cars off the road.” (PR Newswire - Sep 27, 2018)

I hope that our MNAs will consider and present this technology to Cabinet as an effective measure for the long-term protection of our environment.
