Garbage all over Aylmer?

 

Why is Aylmer full of garbage these days? Everywhere I go I see couches and shelving and yet garbage was picked up last week. I heard of rules changing but I thought it was delayed until next summer.

I can’t believe we have come to this situation. If folks don’t know when and where to put out their garbage, shouldn’t they check first? I’m just shocked by this turn of cleanliness.
