Gala Robe Rouge: 

500 strong for the 

heart and stroke foundation

Aylmer’s Brisa MedicSpa owner Danielle Danis, along with her daughter Danika and Bulletin d’Aylmer publisher Lily Ryan (three are pictured in centre along with the Brisa MedicSpa team) were on hand at the Gala Robe Rouge to raise money for research about heart attack and stroke prevention.  Ms Danis, as an ambassador for the 2019 event, explained to the Bulletin that she has a particular interest in ensuring that women’s symptoms are also understood. “Both heart attacks and strokes present differently for women and everyone needs to know more about this.” 

The gala was held August 23 at the Gatineau Congress Centre in Hull to much fan-fare, music and food for the over 500 attendees.
