Flood damage keeps Queen’s Park closed

 

Queen’s Park Road in Aylmer will remain closed for the foreseeable future. The City is awaiting authorization from the Ministère du Développement durable, Environnement et Lutte contre les changements climatiques (MDDELCC), necessary to award road construction contracts. The City reports,  “It is possible work will be pushed back to autumn. With the possibility that work will not be done in June or July, the City will evaluate the option of a partial re-opening.” Residents are doing their best.
