Five Aylmer hockey players sign collegiate agreements

Seven women’s hockey players from the Intrépide de Gatineau Midget AAA have reached an agreement with college teams for the 2020-2021 season. Among them, Jane McGuire, Megan Kronwald, Emilie Mcdonald, Laetitia Mongo and Piper McGillivray have already played for the Aylmer Minor Hockey Association.

“We are extremely proud of the progress of all the girls on the team and especially of those who have made it through to next year’s college hockey. As a structure and a coaching team, our primary goal is to give our female hockey players the tools to develop and exploit their hockey potential to the fullest. In this sense, at the individual level, for the past two years, we can say ‘mission accomplished’,” said Intrépide head coach Stéphane Girard in a press release.
