On the August 18, 19 and 20, Aylmer celebrated its heritage with a host of festivities on rue Principale, under the Gigantika theme. Giant inflatable structures were scattered on the properties along the street, some towering over buildings they were next to. Face painting, farmers’ market, racquetball course and so many more activities were available for the whole family to enjoy; even the famous maple cotton candy booth was present!
